Founded in 1995 by Robert MacPherson and Beth Edwards, we have become one of the few recruitment companies to focus exclusively on the devices and equipment sector of the healthcare
industry. In particular Robert has many years experience in Sales & Marketing Management having worked for companies such as B-D and Smiths Medical. This level of both industry and recruitment knowledge has put us at the front of the healthcare recruitment business.

Profile: Robert MacPherson - Co-founder

Robert MacPherson entered the Healthcare industry in 1979 to work in sales. Since then, Robert has gained extensive experience of sales, marketing and company management as his career has progressed to include senior positions with European responsibilities. He has worked with both capital equipment and disposable products and also has extensive knowledge of the management of distribution. Major companies he has worked for include Spacelabs and Becton Dickinson. In 1990 he began operating as an independent consultant focusing on helping young American companies enter the European markets.

Robert has an in-depth understanding of the European Healthcare markets and the companies which operate within them.
